Basic Group - Life Insurance - Thompson pays the full cost for life insurance of one and one-half times your annual gross income (minimum of $20,000 and maximum of $205,000).
Funeral Policy - Thompson also provides you, your spouse and qualified dependent children with a $5,000 funeral policy.
Voluntary Group Life - You can choose additional voluntary group life coverage at group rates for yourself, spouse and children.

Profit Sharing/401(k) Plan - Each year Thompson makes a Profit Sharing contribution to your account – allowing you to share in the company’s success! The amount of Profit Sharing contribution you’ll receive is based on your years of service and earnings. You are eligible to receive a profit sharing contribution on the January 1 after your date of hire – even if you do not participate in the 401(k) Plan. If you choose to participate in the 401(k) Plan, you can defer up to 15% of your salary on a pre-tax basis and 15% on an after-tax basis.
