Safety is a top priority at Thompson Tractor, and we are excited to launch a new virtual way for us to serve you, update you on a new curbside pick-up program, and let you know about additional safety efforts for both you and our employees.
The new Thompson Tractor Virtual Dealer is a quick and easy way to experience what Thompson Tractor has to offer and stay up-to-date on how we are responding to COVID-19. In addition to implementing new cleaning procedures throughout the day and using hospital grade cleaning supplies, we are now monitoring the number of customers in our stores at one time while continuing to serve each of you. Our new curbside pick-up program, allows you to call the branch when you arrive and have your order brought out to you, limiting contact. And to keep both you and our employees safe, we continue to adhere to CDC guidelines. For technicians working in hospitals, we have provided them with N95 masks. We have begun the process of providing all employees working in the office with cloth masks. We have also implemented a new equipment cleaning protocol that is available to view on our virtual dealer website or at www.thompsontractor.com/equipmentcleaningprotocol.
