  • Access to 24/7 parts price & availability: Get real-time, accurate parts and pricing information before placing the order with a dealer. Caterpillar’s Hosted Catalog (Punchout) even links with SIS (Service Information System) for a more defined parts searching experience.

  • Maintain internal parts catalog: Ensure the customer system’s catalog is up to date with the latest information from a dealer based on Cat IP transaction data.​

  • Place a parts order: Easily create and place orders directly in the customer system, using Cat IP to automatically transmit orders over to a local dealer.

  • Post-order transactions: Confirm order details or timing using Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) and receive electronic parts invoices.
